Now I will teach you how to install Chinese language pack in your computer.  You must have your own Windows XP or Windows 7 CD which one you use it.  If you have CD then you can easily install it.

Put your Windows XP CD into CD Drive and wait till CD load.    Go to Start menu and Find Control Penal.  

Now Open CONTROL PANEL

Find icon named Regional and Language Option and Open it by Double Click

Now here this is ..

First Go to Language Tab on Top. And select both box as I select.  During select system show you message that you want to install language pack click ok.

After Press Apply Button to Start Importing Chinese language into your Computer.  Now your screen looks like this.

Do not cancel till process done.  Now you can see message from System you successfully installed Chinese language.  Restart your Computer once after take effect.  Done now you can see Chinese language in Sorpack Forum and Game.  You can read it if you know Chinese.
