today i installed a new graphic card
geforce gtx 650 ti
and now my cs frame is lock on 60 and cant go up to 100 like the usual old graphic card
how to make it go back up to 100?

i keep getting kick cause "illegal behavior" but i nvr even do anything like cheating or something like that - - how to get this away
i know one will be disabling sxe but that would make me become suspicious -.-

dont know , it just say kick and the reason is illegal behavior .
but i think kicked from sxe - - cant find this problem in the internet most of them are the ones who use cheat - -
i can record a video and upload it somewhere to show u if u think i also use cheat (._.)

probably because you have got a CS edition which is not clean.
try deleting it completely then install a new one.
