use“between” when you are talking about distinct, individual items even if there are more than two of them. 

use “among” when you are talking about things that aren't distinct items or individuals.

The question is too simple, my friend. Between is referring to two things or persons. For example, what is the distant between A to B or who do you like most between A or B. Whereas, among refers to more than two things or persons. For example, among the members in ML who is the best player or among the countries you have been to, which country do you like most.
